Return and exchange policy

Return policy 

 

1. Non-quality problem 

 

Within 30 days from the date of receipt of the item, if you find the color or size of the selected item unsatisfactory, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions. You will need to send the goods back to us in their original packaging (shipping costs are at your expense). Goods must not be used (except on trial). When we receive your returned goods in good condition, we will replace them for you and send them back to you. The cost of the replacement goods we send to you will also be borne by you. Before sending replacement goods, please transfer to us the additional shipping cost for return replacement goods. After the payment is completed, we will replace the item you sent. 

 

2. Quality problem 

 

Within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product, if you find that the product has quality problems (non-human factors or irresistible external force damage), you can return the product. You will need to send the product back to us in its original packaging (shipping costs are at your expense). When we receive your returned product in good condition, we will replace it for you and send it back to you again. We will bear the cost of shipping the replacement product back to you. Note: Whether the quality problem is caused by human factors or irresistible external damage is ultimately judged by our quality control experts. If the quality problem of the purchased product is caused by human factors or avoidable damage, we will not provide free repair, replacement or return. 

 

Refund policy 

 

1. If you want to cancel your order and get a refund, you must contact us before the order is shipped, we do not accept cancellation requests after the order has been shipped. If the order is successfully cancelled, we will refund you the full amount. 

 

2. A full refund of returned goods must meet the following two conditions: 

 

A. You have checked with us promptly before returning the goods; 

B. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. Otherwise, we will give you a partial refund or no refund after negotiation according to the specific circumstances. 

3. It usually takes approximately 2 weeks to complete the refund, which will be refunded to the card you used to pay for the order. If your refund is not received in time, you can contact us at huiquan@hkhuiquan.com to check.
